Tel Hashomer West | Ramat Gan
The Aviv Group is planning to construct a sprawling residential and commercial project In the Tel Hashomer compound, on a land division originally known as Tel Litwinsky. The compound spans an area of 150 dunams and will include 1,080 apartments, in 11 residential buildings, with 8 to 14 floors, in addition to 100,000 square meters designated for commercial and employment uses.
The project will be planned by the leading Moore Yaski Sivan Architects and will feature a variety of apartments of different sizes: garden apartments, 3-4-5 room apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses.
The Location
The area belongs to the Ramat Gan Municipality and is situated adjacent to Tel Hashomer Hospital, from the west, Motta Gur Street, from the east and leads to Highway 461 in the south. It will benefit from its proximity to the future Light Rail scheduled to begin operations in 2026, with its Purple Line – stopping at the Sheba West station.
Adjacent to the project is an expansive municipal area of nature, which will be preserved in its natural format. Additionally, between the buildings there will be sprawling public spaces for the benefit of the occupants.
Herbert Samuel Tel Aviv
The Aviv Group in collaboration with the Leny Group is planning one of Israel’s most beautiful residential buildings, in Tel Aviv’s most desirable location – on the seashore at the border between Tel Aviv and Jaffa, at the intersection of Herbert Samuel, Daniel and Hayarkon Streets. The building will be designed by Architect Moshe Tzur and will include 18 floors and combine residential, commercial and hotel uses.
Commencement of the marketing of this project will be announced later.
