Moshe Aviv Tower / Ramat Gan
Ramat Gan’s Moshe Aviv Tower is the tallest tower in the Middle East, combining luxury living and commercial use. The 69-storey tower rises to a height of 235 meters and is one of the world’s tallest concrete towers. The tower commands a breathtaking panoramic view.
The Moshe Aviv Tower is one of Israel’s tallest and most impressive architectural creations. The futuristic, high-end look was achieved by the use of reflective glass, granite, and aluminum.
There are 98 apartments of varying sizes on the 55th to 65th floors. In the upper floors are luxurious penthouse apartments with enormous balconies and a spectacular panoramic view.
The tower was designed with a New York spirit in mind, where the ensemble of elements in and outside the apartments come together to create an atmosphere of harmony and high quality of life for the tower's residents. The apartments have their own separate, elegant entrance lobby that features a stunning Swarovski crystal chandelier.
Also in the tower:
- Zeus — a sports, fitness, and health club including a magnificent modern fitness room, an exclusive spa, a treatment room, and a semi-Olympic pool.
- A grand synagogue.
- The ground level features stylish restaurants and cafés, stores, a bank, and more.
- A helicopter landing pad is located on the roof.
- A professional company manages and maintains the building to the highest level.
All apartments and commercial areas have been sold.
