The Building on Levontin Street (formerly Phoenix House)
Renowned architect Gidi Bar Orian designed the new building in the Neo-Bauhaus style, reflecting the spirit of the White City. This building recalls the original design of Phoenix House, with a rounded facade that complements the street's layout. Its exterior is overlaid with plaster and wood (Parklex®) panels. The building includes approximately 103 apartments, across five residential levels, most of which are spacious one and two-bedroom units. In addition, the building has a penthouse floor, a ground floor for commercial use, and three convenient underground parking levels. The common areas were designed by architect Oded Halaf to provide a youthful, stylish living experience. At the building's center is a magnificent patio with a beautifully-lit green garden. Further services at residents' disposal include a bike room, a shared protected space on every floor, and three spacious elevators.
All apartments and commercial spaces have been sold.
