Construction of a residential rental project launched in Ramat Hasharon; Lapid: "It will be impossible to evict tenants out of their homes."

The first residential rental project launched since Lapid assumed office will be built by Aviv Group and include a 21-story tower and three 13-story towers. Overall, the project will include 246 residential units, a quarter of which will be under rent control.

Facebook Rented Four Floors in The Rothschild 22 Tower

Facebook Israel Expands its activities in the country: Globes revealed that shortly before Operation Protective Edge, the company purchased four floors in Tel Aviv's Rothschild 22 Tower, owned by Aviv Group, a company controlled by Doron Aviv and Dafna Harlev and the LR Group. The floors rented by Facebook are located in the middle of the 29-story tower and spread over 3,5000 sq. meters (37,700 sq. feet).

With an Investment of $16 Million: Aviv Group Will Replace Tel Aviv's Phoenix House with a Bauhaus-Style Residential Project

Aviv Group, controlled by Doron Aviv and Dafna Harlev, announced today that it has signed a purchase agreement for full rights to the Phoenix House at the intersection of Tel Aviv's HaRakevet and Levontin streets. The agreement was signed with White City Buildings, Magshimim Properties Ltd., Terra Group, and NRVision for approximately $16 million.
